Use of Personal Information CollectedNon-Personal InformationDenman Group collects and uses non-personal information such as demographic data to analyze and develop our marketing strategy and to determine how to further improve our Web Site based upon user data. Client SecurityWe safeguard client information by maintaining robust physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with or exceed industry standards for guarding non-public personal information and transactions against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and/or misuse. Additionally, every aspect of our processing and operations is segregated, ensuring that employee access to sensitive account information is limited to only those assigned to each account. Account Numbers and PasswordsWhen you become a Denman Group client, you will be assigned an account number and be asked to choose a password that you must provide every time you contact Denman Group in order to authenticate your account number and grant permission to access your Denman Group service. During account sign-up you will also be asked to answer several follow-up questions that may be used to further authenticate your identity when speaking to Denman Group representatives. Guard Your Authentication InfoFrom time to time, you may be contacted by a Denman Group representative that you are unfamiliar with. A reverse authentication password is created by each client, to be used by the client to verify that the contact initiated by Denman Group is legitimate. If you do not receive the appropriate response or are unsure of the authenticity of the information you receive, please call us at 1.888.4.DENMAN to verify that the correspondence is legitimate. You should not share your account number or password with anyone outside of Denman Group, and disclose it to Denman Group representatives only when you are able to verify that the communication is legitimate. Email PolicyDenman Group advises that you do NOT share your authentication information – or any other personal financial data, such as credit card numbers – via email under any circumstance.
